W latach 1994-2003 służył jako pastor Kościoła Ewangelicznego ICHTUS we Wrześni. W 2003 r. ukończył studium podyplomowe dla pastorów i liderów organizacji chrześcijańskich przy Fellowship Bible Church w Little Rock, USA.
W roku 2012 uzyskał dyplom licencjata w zakresie finansów i zarządzania w Wyższej Szkole Bankowej we Wrocławiu. W roku 2014 ukończył studia MBA na Uniwersytecie Franklina w Columbus, w Stanach Zjednoczonych.
